In a shocking revelation, it has been discovered that a member of the Biden administration’s bureaucracy has been praising Hamas attacks against Israel on social media. Nejwa Ali, a former spokeswoman for the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), now works as a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) officer handling asylum claims from foreign nationals. Senator Ted Cruz was quick to bring attention to Ali’s anti-Israel comments and called for her immediate termination.

According to The Daily Wire’s investigation, Ali’s social media posts included photos of Hamas terrorists with guns used to kill innocent Israelis and citizens of other countries. She even went as far as glorifying the thousands of Israelis brutally murdered by this terrorist group. It is deeply disturbing to see someone in a position of power within the Biden administration openly supporting such violence and hatred.

Ali, who used the pseudonym “Falestine Mi Amor” on social media, had previously lost her job at the PLO when Palestine was expelled from the United States under the Trump administration. She was then given a new role as an “Adjudication Officer” at the U.S. Customs and Immigration Service (CIS). It is concerning that someone with her clear biases and allegiance to the Palestinians was not properly vetted before being hired to vet others and ensure their entry into the country does not pose a threat.
Ali’s social media profiles make it clear that her primary allegiance lies with the Palestinians, not the United States. She referred to herself as “American-born, Palestinian @ heart” and expressed a desire to hold every Israeli accountable for their government’s actions. Her statements and rhetoric are not only deeply troubling but also antisemitic. It is unacceptable that someone with such views is still employed by the DHS and reportedly faces no disciplinary action.
The Biden administration must take swift and decisive action to address this issue. It is essential that those in positions of power within our government uphold the values and principles of the United States, rather than aligning themselves with terrorist organizations and expressing hatred towards our allies, like Israel. This incident raises serious concerns about the vetting process for individuals within the Biden administration and calls into question their ability to act in the best interest of the American people.
