Once again, the Supreme Court has proven whose side it’s really on—and it isn’t the hardworking people of America. President Trump spent years fighting to put America first, using tariffs to hold foreign powers accountable and force big corporations to respect our sovereignty. Now, thanks to an asinine Supreme Court ruling, all of that progress is under threat. Bureaucrats are scrambling to hand back $165 billion—yes, billion—with a “B”—to the same globalists and anti-American companies that never cared for our borders, our workers, or our values.
Let’s be clear. The Supreme Court had a simple choice: back up the man fighting for our jobs and security, or side with greedy international elites and woke corporations. Instead, they couldn’t even muster the courage to tweak a single sentence that would have protected Americans from paying this outrageous sum. And why? Because a handful of justices would rather split hairs than protect this country from globalist vultures. Their ruling didn’t just cost us billions. It gave our own money back to people and companies that sneer at the very idea of an America-first agenda.

While the left celebrates, everyday Americans are forced to watch as their hard-won gains evaporate. The refund process for these tariffs is already underway, and make no mistake: the lion’s share will go straight back to the same multinational corporations that offshored American jobs and lobbied against Trump’s policies from day one. With all their talk of “saving democracy,” the liberals and their globalist friends sure do love it when faceless judges overturn the will of the people.
Making matters worse, the Supreme Court is also dragging its heels on the birthright citizenship issue. Even the so-called “conservative” justices now seem skittish about actually enforcing the real intent of the 14th Amendment. Once again, the court seems more worried about upsetting the left’s open borders allies than about keeping our citizenship—and our nation—secure. Legal experts now whisper that it’ll take a whole constitutional amendment to set things right, all because the court refuses to stand up for common sense.
This is what happens when you trust the elites to defend American interests. They wring their hands, debate technicalities, and send Americans the bill. President Trump fights for this country every single day, while the establishment picks it apart one Supreme Court ruling at a time. If these so-called justices aren’t willing to stand up for American workers and our sovereignty, maybe it’s time we stood up to them. How much more are we supposed to give away before someone actually puts America first?
