Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) has once again seized the spotlight, this time taking aim at President Joe Biden's contentious remarks regarding black voters. During the 2020 presidential campaign, Biden sparked uproar by suggesting that black voters weren't authentically black if they struggled to choose between him and then-President Donald Trump. Despite issuing an apology later on, Republicans continue to capitalize on this misstep, with Senator Scott delivering the latest rebuke to Biden.
In a bold move, Scott referenced Biden's inflammatory comments, implying that according to Biden's standards, 40% of African American men wouldn't qualify as "black" in 2024. But the senator didn't stop there. He went on to assert that black Americans fared better under the leadership of Donald J. Trump.
