Take a look at the Office of Personnel Management. They’re packing up their cushy Northwest headquarters and moving in with the General Services Administration. That’s right—two agencies, one building. Bureaucrats will grumble and whine, but hard-working Americans won’t shed a tear for bureaucrat comfort. After all, why should we pay for empty halls and gold-plated government addresses when better things need funding?
