In the latest Morning Consult data, Former President Donald Trump is absolutely crushing it in the Republican primary race! He’s leaving his opponents in the dust and leading the pack in many states, including those crucial Super Tuesday states. With a whopping 66 percent of potential GOP primary voters in his corner, Trump is simply untouchable. Talk about a grand slam!
And get this, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is trailing behind Trump with a measly 13 percent. Ouch! Even former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who’s considered a heavyweight in the party, only managed to grab ten percent. It’s safe to say Trump is not just leading the race; he’s in a league of his own.

But the fun doesn’t stop there. The survey also found that a whopping 76 percent of GOP primary voters view Trump favorably! Looks like the people have spoken, and they want Trump back in the driver’s seat. DeSantis, with all the buzz surrounding him, can only muster 62 percent favorability. It’s clear who the people are pining for.
And in case you were wondering how Trump stacks up in the states, wonder no more. The man is dominating in a slew of states, including Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, and New York, just to name a few. He’s even trouncing DeSantis in their home state of Florida with a staggering 37-point lead. It’s not even a competition at this point!
To top it off, prominent figures in the GOP are calling for the party to rally and throw their weight behind Trump. South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem is leading the charge, urging everyone to unite behind Trump and go full throttle in defeating President Joe Biden. With Trump’s support soaring to over 50%, it’s crystal clear where the party’s heart lies.
In other words, it’s Trump’s world, and the rest of the GOP contenders are just living in it. With numbers like these, it’s no wonder the party faithful are singing Trump’s praises and gearing up for the ultimate showdown against Biden. Let the games begin!
