With a bold executive order signed in December 2025, President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice and the DEA are finally putting common sense above political games. They’re moving FDA-approved marijuana products from the ridiculous Schedule 1 designation—the same list as hard drugs like heroin—all the way down to Schedule 3. This is a slap in the face to the hysterics on the left who’ve used drug laws as a weapon against personal freedom, while at the same time coddling drug cartels and ignoring real crime in American communities.
Of course, the liberal elites are already clutching their pearls. They claim Trump’s move is too drastic—meanwhile, they’ve done nothing but play politics with marijuana for years. Left-wing politicians love to promise legalization, yet only use it for cheap campaign points. Now that someone actually acts, suddenly they’re worried. The hypocrisy stinks worse than a dispensary on a hot summer’s day.

The Democrats had their chance—and did nothing but promise, posture, and blame others for their own incompetence. Trump gets things done.
