Former President Donald Trump took to the internet to give a scathing takedown of President Joe Biden and the Democratic party, accusing them of wreaking havoc on our democracy. In a fiery video posted on Truth Social, Trump flipped the script on those who have accused him of undermining democracy, arguing that it’s actually Biden and his crew who are the real threat.

According to Trump, Biden and the “radical left Democrats” are masquerading as defenders of democracy, but in reality, they are the ones tearing it down. He lambasted Biden and his allies for attempting to stifle free speech through government censorship, pointing to the case of Douglass Mackey, who was thrown in the clink for sharing memes that poked fun at Hillary Clinton. Trump ridiculed the Democrats for cracking down on Mackey’s harmless internet antics, calling it an attack on free expression.
But that’s not all – Trump went on to blast what he called “bogus criminal cases” against himself, painting a picture of a corrupt system hell-bent on taking him down. He accused the Democrats of running a “police state operation” and persecuting Christians, pro-life activists, and anyone else who dares to challenge their power. According to Trump, the Democrats have labeled regular Republicans and concerned parents as potential domestic terrorists, and are flooding our communities with migrants, all in an effort to destroy our country.
In a dramatic finale, Trump declared that Biden and his cronies are the polar opposite of democracy, positioning himself as the savior of liberty and freedom. He challenged Biden to a showdown over who truly defends democracy, taunting, “Bring it on, crooked Joe. Let’s go, because you are a corrupt person. You’re the most corrupt president in our history.”
And just when you thought he was done, Trump confidently predicted his triumphant return in 2024, proclaiming that Americans will reclaim their freedom and greatness once again. With a triumphant flourish, he declared that the United States will be liberated from the clutches of “tyrants,” “fascists,” and “communists,” clearly taking aim at Biden and his administration.
As Trump’s popularity skyrockets post-presidency, he continues to dominate the Republican primary, while Biden grapples with the aftermath of the Gaza conflict. It’s clear that Trump is not going anywhere, and as he gears up for another potential run at the presidency, he’s leaving no stone unturned in his quest to dismantle the Democratic opposition.
