In a shocking turn of events, Special Counsel Robert Hur announced that he will not prosecute Joe Biden for his mishandling of classified documents during his time as a senator. The excuse? Apparently, Biden’s brain is too far gone to understand what he was doing, so he gets a free pass. Can you believe it?
But let’s not forget how the Department of Justice treated former President Donald Trump. They raided his home and now he’s facing a whopping 37 charges in his own classified documents case. The hypocrisy is staggering.

Many Republicans are rightfully outraged and pointing out that this report paints a devastating picture of a mentally declining president. It begs the question: how can Biden possibly serve another four-year term if he’s not even mentally fit for office? It’s clear that his cognitive decline is a serious issue that cannot be ignored.
Even Trump Jr. chimed in with a perfect question that most Americans are asking: how can Biden get away with this while his father is being persecuted? It’s a double standard of justice that is all too common in America these days.
And of course, Trump himself is firing back. He’s calling out the obvious double standard and demanding that all charges against him be dropped. After all, he was covered by the Presidential Records Act, unlike Biden. Plus, Trump’s documents were always surrounded by Secret Service and kept in locked rooms. Biden, on the other hand, had piles of documents just lying around wherever he pleased.
Trump took to Truth Social to express his frustrations, asking Special Counsel Jack Smith to “do good for our Country” and drop all the litigation against him. It’s about time someone in power stood up for justice and fairness.
Representatives Jim Jordan and Elise Stefanik also voiced their concerns, highlighting the double standard and questioning Biden’s fitness for office. It’s clear that this report has serious implications for Biden’s reelection chances.
In the end, this decision not to charge Biden is just another example of the rampant double standard and bias in our justice system. It’s time for the American people to wake up and demand accountability. Biden is not fit to lead, and it’s up to us to hold him and his administration accountable for their actions.
