The Biden administration is facing a lawsuit from the mother of an autistic woman who was allegedly murdered by an MS-13 gang member. Kayla Hamilton, a 20-year-old autistic woman, was found dead in a mobile home she shared with her boyfriend in Aberdeen, Maryland. Police discovered that she had been attacked, raped, and murdered, and her belongings were stolen. The suspect, a 17-year-old illegal alien and known gang member, was identified using DNA evidence.

The mother, Tammy Nobles, is filing a $100 million wrongful death lawsuit against the Biden administration, claiming that the government allowed the illegal immigrant to enter the country despite knowing his ties to the dangerous gang. Records show that the Biden regime caught the suspect at the border but released him into the US population without deporting him. Nobles believes that if there had been a more secure border and proper vetting of individuals, her daughter would still be alive.
The lawsuit will name the Health and Human Services and the Department of Homeland Security, the agencies involved in apprehending and releasing the murderer. Nobles will testify before the House of Representatives as they consider impeachment proceedings against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. Government records show that the suspect was apprehended as an “unaccompanied minor” and released to a woman who claimed to be his aunt or cousin but was not required to provide proof of their relationship. It was later discovered that the woman was also an illegal alien and kicked the suspect out of her house.
The Biden administration’s loose border policies have allowed unvetted criminals to enter the country, resulting in numerous murders of American citizens. The failure to enforce immigration laws and implement new policies to prevent such tragedies is a cause for concern. The lawsuit aims to expose this catastrophic failure and prevent further senseless murders from happening.
