Pregnant women may feel scared, whether they did something wrong or if someone did something wrong to them. This is understandable. But Satan or people who support abortion are misleading them if they think that the only way to stop being scared is to end the life of their unborn baby, a pastor said during a prayer event at the Arizona state capitol in Phoenix.
The Democrats in Arizona planned to challenge a near-total abortion ban at the capitol, even though the state Supreme Court recently said the ban could stay in place. The ban goes back to 1901, almost 120 years ago, and is based on a law from 1864 that only allowed abortion if a mother’s life was in danger. Democrats have tried to get rid of this ban but have not been successful.

Pastor Jeff Durbin, who leads the End Abortion Now group and teaches at a church in Mesa, Arizona, led a prayer for unborn children and the people who protect them outside the capitol. He read a Bible verse and asked God to help innocent babies and give lawmakers the courage to do what is right.
