The Biden administration is showing a flagrant disregard for the rule of law once again. This time, they’re considering ignoring a Texas judge’s order to halt the approval of the abortion-on-demand pill, mifepristone. These leftists just can’t accept that abortion isn’t healthcare and that killing babies inside the womb is not a constitutional right.

Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has even gone so far as to call on the Biden administration to completely ignore the Texas ruling, stating that she believes “women should have the right to choose.” What about the right to life for the unborn babies?

The Health and Human Services Secretary, Xavier Becerra, has shown no hesitation in openly supporting the administration’s disregard for the judge’s ruling, saying they will do everything possible to make sure the pill is available to women. This is despite the fact that a judge ruled against mifepristone, which is not only dangerous to unborn lives but can be dangerous to many women who take it.
Becerra even went so far as to claim that the judge’s decision is “not America” and that the Biden administration will fight back against this “reckless decision” to protect women’s access to this “safe and effective” pill. But how can killing unborn babies be considered safe and effective?
The Supreme Court may soon have to make a decision about whether the FDA should approve a pill that is only used to end the lives of unborn human beings, not for healthcare purposes. These judges must understand that they are not only granting access to mifepristone but will also be allowing access to other dangerous drugs used for similar purposes.
The Democratic Party’s obsession with abortion at any cost is not only morally wrong but also unconstitutional. It’s time for them to respect the sanctity of life and the rule of law. America must protect its most vulnerable citizens—the unborn—and not succumb to the left’s agenda of death.
