Biden’s ATF Nabs Narrow Win on Ghost Guns, but Feds Face Bleak Future!

The Biden Administration’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) just scored another win in the Supreme Court. The Court set aside an injunction that was blocking the enforcement of the controversial “ghost gun” regulation, which refers to firearms made by individuals from components lacking commercial serial numbers. This regulation treats ghost guns like traditional firearms under federal gun laws and requires serial numbers to be placed on the firearm’s frame or receiver.

Now, let’s talk about the real issue here: this regulation is nothing more than a virtue signaling measure to appease the far-left and suburban Karens who think they know what’s best for everyone else. It’s a blatant attack on our Second Amendment rights. But, unfortunately, the Supreme Court seems to be leaning in favor of these overreaching gun control measures.

Thankfully, Justices Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh have consistently shown support for the Second Amendment and indicated that they would have left the injunction in place. However, there is always a chance that Chief Justice Roberts or Justice Coney Barrett may side with the liberal justices, and that would be a major blow to our constitutional rights.

In the end, this victory for the ATF is likely temporary. We must continue to fight against these infringements on our gun rights and hold our elected officials accountable for their attempts to erode our freedoms. Our Second Amendment rights are not up for negotiation.
