Joe Biden seems to be continuously stuck in a state of confusion, much like a lost puppy trying to find its way home. This time, the old fella got caught rambling about Russia, Congress, and Ukraine while lounging around in Rehoboth Beach instead of doing his actual job. It’s baffling, really.
Biden, in his usual scatterbrained manner, rambled about consequences for Putin over Navalny’s demise and the need for Congress to pass some imaginary legislation funding NATO. I mean, come on, Joe, get your facts straight! It’s like watching a circus clown trying to juggle flaming torches but ends up dropping them all over the place.

The man can’t seem to differentiate between his yawns and his speeches, constantly mixing up dates and missing the mark with his statements. And let’s not even get started on his obsession with Ukraine. It’s like he thinks they’re his next-door neighbors borrowing sugar, not an entire country thousands of miles away.
But hey, at least he managed to take a break from his nap time in the White House to grace us with his presence at the beach, right? Can we expect him to wake up and realize his responsibilities as the President of the United States anytime soon? Who knows, but one thing’s for sure – Biden’s antics are more entertaining than a circus in town.
