Biden’s Desperate Vote Ploy: Erasing Loan Debts!

President Joe Biden just can’t seem to take a hint! Despite the Supreme Court slamming the door on his first attempt to magically erase student loan debt, he’s back at it, folks. This time with a plan conveniently timed to make a splash just before the 2024 elections. Did someone say, “desperate ploy for votes”?

The Republican Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is leading the charge against Biden’s latest trickery, joined by a squad of other red state attorneys general. They’re not having any of this so-called “SAVE” plan that aims to wipe out student loan debt for a whopping 25 million borrowers. Sorry, Joe, but the Constitution doesn’t have a clause for presidential magic erasers.

In a fiery statement, AG Bailey called out Biden for trying to make hardworking Missourians foot the bill for others’ debts. He made it clear that the President is not a wizard who can bend the rules whenever he feels like it. And let’s face it, nobody wants to see their tax dollars disappear into thin air to pay off someone else’s loan.

Biden, in his typical fashion, gave a speech in Wisconsin to brag about his plans to sidestep legal rulings and opposition from Republicans. Does he think he’s above the law or something? This guy needs a reality check, not a cheering section. Hey, Joe, maybe focus on fixing actual problems instead of pulling rabbits out of hats.

AG Bailey ain’t backing down either. He’s ready to take this fight all the way, pointing out that only Congress has the power to play with taxpayers’ money, not some overreaching executive. He’s not afraid to stand up to the big guy in the White House and defend the rule of law. It’s like a modern-day showdown at the OK Corral, but with legal briefs instead of guns.
