Well folks, it looks like the bigwigs over at Boeing are in hot water once again! The Senate subcommittee has decided to bring in CEO David Calhoun to testify about their jetliners. What’s got the Senate all riled up, you ask? Well, it turns out there are some new safety-related charges from a whistleblower that have caught their attention.

Now, let’s be real here, this is starting to sound like a broken record. It seems like every other month we hear about some sort of trouble with Boeing’s planes. You’d think they would have gotten their act together by now, but apparently not.
It’s about time that someone held these guys accountable. The safety of passengers should be their top priority, not just an afterthought. Hopefully, this hearing will shed some light on what’s really going on behind the scenes at Boeing and hold them responsible for any negligence.
In the meantime, those of us who fly on commercial airlines will be keeping a close eye on this situation. After all, safety in the skies should not be a partisan issue – it’s something that affects all of us, and we should demand nothing but the best from these companies.
