Early 2024 Polls Show Trump AHEAD Of Sitting President Joe Biden

Respondents to the survey were asked, “If the 2024 election for President were held today and it was between Donald Trump, the Republican and Joe Biden, the Democrat, who would you vote for?”

The majority of voters, 55%, have "doubts" about Joe Biden's mental capacity, which suggests that they are not enthusiastic about the possibility of him running for office again. This accounts for 67 percent of independent voters, 83 percent of Republican voters, and 22 percent of Democratic voters.

In addition, the study found that Trump's approval ratings on a range of topics in January 2021 were still higher than Biden's approval ratings in October 2022.

By the time Trump left office in January 2021, for example, 56 percent of respondents approved of how he had handled the economy. In October of 2022, only 39 percent of Americans are happy with the way Biden is handling the economy. This pattern persists with regard to a number of concerns.
