Hold onto your hats, folks—now they’re parading their own so-called “independent” mission through the Strait of Hormuz, pretending to give the United States a slap in the face. Their big act? They’re finally sending naval forces to protect vital shipping lanes from Iranian threats—conveniently forgetting that this is exactly what President Trump demanded from them years ago.
Let’s not sugarcoat it. Europe’s leaders spent years grumbling about American pressure while happily freeloading off U.S. military power. They scoffed at Trump when he called on them to step up. Now, suddenly, when it’s their own wallets and energy security on the line, they rush to assemble their own patrol. The media, of course, is doing acrobatics to frame this as a grand act of defiance against American “bullying”—but it’s nothing more than a copycat move Trump told them to make from day one.

It’s painfully clear: when Trump demanded that European nations take responsibility for their own defense and pay their fair share, he was mocked for daring to put America’s interests first. But now, the same globalist class that lectured him for years is mimicking his policies—except they expect applause for doing it with a self-righteous shrug.
This entire charade exposes what many have known all along. The liberals running Europe would rather trip over their own egos than admit Trump was right. Instead, they spin their long-overdue sense of duty into a phony anti-Trump statement—despite finally following his exact instructions. Apparently, the only time they listen to America is when they can pretend they aren’t.
When will the world wake up and see through this childish game? Europe’s power players aren’t outsmarting Trump; they’re just late to the party. Maybe next time, instead of sneering at American leadership, they’ll have the guts to admit who actually calls the shots.
