On Friday, Hunter Biden, the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, agreed to sit for a closed-door deposition with House Republicans, but only if they issue an updated subpoena. The lawyer for Biden, Abbe Lowell, claimed that the previous subpoenas were “legally invalid” because they were issued before the impeachment inquiry resolution was approved.

Biden’s lawyer, Lowell, made it clear that the prior subpoenas were not up to snuff and demanded a new, proper subpoena in order for Biden to comply with their request for a hearing or deposition.
This just goes to show that the Democrats and their allies are trying to protect the Bidens at all costs. They will stop at nothing to shield Hunter from accountability and scrutiny. Republicans have to jump through hoops and navigate legal technicalities just to get a deposition from Hunter Biden. It’s outrageous!
The Democrats are so desperate to protect Joe Biden’s campaign that they are willing to bend the rules and play dirty. It’s clear that they are afraid of what the investigation into Hunter Biden might uncover. This whole situation reeks of corruption and favoritism.
The American people deserve to know the truth about the Bidens and their dealings. It’s time for transparency and accountability, and it’s up to the Republicans to make sure that happens. Hunter Biden may think he can avoid testifying, but the truth will come out eventually.
