Joe Biden, the current President of the United States, stated on Tuesday's episode of "CNN Tonight" that he will make a decision regarding whether or not he will run for president again in 2024 after the midterm elections, and if he does, he believes he will be able to win against Donald Trump, who was previously in that office.
Biden was quoted as saying, I just think there's a matter of, you know, so has anyone done more during the first 2 years of their government? Since I first started running, people have been commenting on how old I am for a guy my age. Therefore, you should be aware that you are welcome to come and exercise with me in the morning.
Jake Tapper, an anchor for CNN, stated, Anytime, anytime. The most key question, of obviously, is when you are intending to make an announcement regarding the re-election campaign for the year 2024. Do you anticipate that you will be able to settle on something before the end of the year?
The vice president responded by saying, Look, I'm not going to talk about this about my decision. I'm going to create this about the election that took place in the off year. After November, when that is completed, I will then begin the process of making a decision.
Tapper questioned the candidate, asking, Is one of the computations that you think you're the only one who can defeat Donald Trump?
The former vice president stated, I think I can defeat Donald Trump again.
Tapper responded by saying, All right, Mr. President, I want to say thank you very much for your time today.
