Liberal theatrics won’t derail the Trump Train. Whether the left likes it or not, Donald Trump is barreling towards the Republican National Convention, poised to snag the Republican presidential nomination – no matter what prison cell or gilded mansion he might find himself in.
The convention, slated for July 15, conveniently drops just four days after Trump’s sentencing date for his so-called “hush-money” trial. Unsurprisingly, Democrats are salivating at the slim chance of seeing Trump in jail or under house arrest. However, Lara Trump made it clear on Real America’s Voice that the location of 45’s residence won’t stop the Republicans from pledging their loyalty. Whether broadcasting from Trump Tower or dialed in from a maximum-security facility, Trump will be accepting his rightful nomination.

The sky doesn’t fall just because the left wants it to. Lara Trump assured that on July 15, the Republican Party will nominate Donald Trump, and he’ll soldier on to his Nov. 5 showdown, ready to reclaim his status as the nation’s commander-in-chief. Lock him up or lock him down, nothing extinguishes the Trump fervor burning across America.
In fact, the witch hunt against Trump has only supercharged his support. Forget 34 felony convictions; the sight of the establishment ham-fisting legal charges has just opened the fundraising floodgates. Trump’s supporters see through the charade. They recognize these tactics as maneuvers straight out of a third-world dictatorship playbook, something far removed from the values America stands for. So, ironically, the more the left tries to silence Trump, the louder his message becomes.
Meanwhile, it’s worth noting Trump is gearing up for legal fireworks. Of course, he will appeal the conviction and keep the battle alive. He faces three other criminal cases, but predictably, none are expected to materialize before the election. Behind the scenes, Trump’s team will be hitting the ground, canvassing states like Pennsylvania where Lara Trump recently rallied for the RNC’s “Protect the Vote” initiative. The Keystone State’s importance just skyrocketed for a GOP eyeing a red wave this November.
So let the left spin their wheels. The more they try to derail Trump, the stronger his campaign charges forward. Democrats should be careful what they wish for – a prison sentence might just be the ticket to galvanize the Trump base like never before. Onward to Nov. 5!
