In a stunning cash move, New York City is paying a whopping $17.5 million to settle a lawsuit brought by two Muslim women, Jamilla Clark and Arwa Aziz. These ladies accused the city of trampling on their religious freedom by demanding they remove their hijabs for arrest photos. The nerve!
