In a recent star-studded fundraiser, former President Barack Obama had to put some unruly protesters in their place where they belonged. The glitzy event in New York City was geared toward filling President Joe Biden’s pockets for his 2024 presidential campaign, and Obama wasn’t going to let a few rabble-rousers ruin the party.

Obama, alongside Biden and former President Bill Clinton, was interrupted multiple times throughout the evening, prompting him to fire back at the disruptive individuals with some much-needed tough love. Amidst the chaos, Stephen Colbert moderated a panel where the trio sat, and the interruptions just kept on coming. It’s no wonder the event was expected to rake in a whopping $25 million for Biden – those pesky protestors couldn’t diminish the spirits of the deep-pocketed attendees.
Even outside the venue, protesters were causing a ruckus, spewing vulgar chants about Biden. It’s clear that these troublemakers couldn’t handle the fact that Trump’s predecessor, the man they hailed as their chosen savior, was raking in the cash while they were on the outside looking in. The fund was even hosted by actress Mindy Kaling, who humorously pointed out that attendees were dishing out up to $500,000 for the privilege.
And while Biden played host to the elite, former President Donald Trump was in the Big Apple for a far more honorable cause. He was attending a wake for fallen police officer Jonathan Diller, who tragically lost his life in the line of duty. Biden’s lenient approach to crime in the city was highlighted by the suspect’s extensive criminal record – a stark reminder of the dismal state of affairs under Democrat officials.
In sharp contrast to the festivities at the glitzy fundraiser, Trump’s presence at the police officer’s wake was a poignant reminder of the stark differences between the two presidential figures. As Breitbart News pointed out, while Biden was hobnobbing with the rich and famous, Trump was paying his respects to a fallen hero. This event brought to light the Democrats’ preference for rubbing elbows with out-of-touch celebrities over honoring law enforcement officers who put their lives on the line for the safety of Americans.
The glaring disparity between the two leaders was crystal clear, and it’s no surprise that Trump’s team wasted no time calling out Biden, Obama, and Clinton as ‘The Three Stooges.’ The scathing rebuke emphasized the juxtaposition of the morally righteous Trump and the Democrats’ disdain for those who lay down their lives for the sake of their fellow citizens. It’s a sad state of affairs when the left’s priorities are so shamelessly misplaced, and it’s up to the people to see through the smoke and mirrors.
