Former President Donald Trump shared a video on his Truth Social account over the weekend, featuring a pickup truck in Long Island donned with Trump stickers and American flags. The truck sported a decal on its tailgate depicting President Biden hogtied, igniting outrage amongst liberal media outlets like MSNBC and CNN.
The left-leaning networks sensationalized the situation, labeling it as “violent rhetoric” and accusing Trump of inciting political violence. MSNBC failed to acknowledge the tragedy of NYPD officer Jonathan Diller’s death, whom Trump had honored at his wake, contrasting Biden’s presence at a lavish fundraiser. CNN dramatically portrayed the decal as a threat, prompting Biden’s campaign to accuse Trump of promoting violence.

The hypocrisy of the left was glaring, as they conveniently ignored past instances of incendiary behavior from their own camp, like Kathy Griffin’s infamous photo with a bloodied Trump mask. Jon Stewart mockingly highlighted the absurdity of the media’s reaction, questioning the seriousness of considering a harmless decal on a truck as a threat to Biden’s safety.
The biased coverage from MSNBC and CNN exemplifies the skewed narrative pushed by liberal media outlets, demonizing Trump while downplaying actual instances of violence and misconduct from their preferred politicians. The double standards and selective outrage serve as a reminder of the left’s relentless efforts to vilify conservative figures and shield their own from criticism.
