In a shocking turn of events, it has come to light that the American education system is in dire need of a sanity check when it comes to hiring teachers and education consultants. Enter Akiea ‘Ki’ Gross (they/them), the leader of an organization called “Woke Kindergarten.” This individual is not only a proponent of destroying America and Israel as countries but also believes in the existence of oppressed extraterrestrial beings. Yes, you read that right.

Gross, who identifies as an abolitionist early educator and cultural organizer, has deemed it their mission to resist, heal, liberate, and create with their unique pedagogy known as “Woke Kindergarten.” It seems that in their pursuit of woke enlightenment, they have conveniently forgotten any shred of common sense or rational thinking. According to Gross, the United States and every other settler colony that has committed genocide against indigenous people have no right to exist. And if that wasn’t enough, they also believe in a free Palestine from the river to the sea. Talk about a kookoo for cocoa puffs ideology.
Now, you might be thinking, “Shouldn’t we consider the test scores of the students in these programs before passing judgment?” Well, prepare to have your jaw drop even further. A school in Hayward, California, spent a whopping $250,000 in federal funds on “Woke Kindergarten,” and the results are abysmal. Less than 12% of students can read at their grade level, and less than 4% are proficient in math. That’s right, folks. These woke warriors may know their preferred pronouns, but they can’t read or do basic math. Clearly, their priorities are a bit skewed.
But fear not, for there may be a glimmer of hope on the horizon. Pushback against woke nonsense in schools is starting to gain traction, except for one exception – the Bay Area, where logic and reason seem to have gone out the window entirely. Thankfully, there are still small towns like the one in eastern Iowa where children can receive an education absent of woke nutballery. And let’s not forget the essential role parents play in setting their children straight when it comes to crazy ideas being peddled in the classroom.
In the meantime, we can only hope that the education system will wise up and start prioritizing sanity over ideology. Because as it stands, the Woke Kindergarten movement is nothing more than a train wreck waiting to happen. And while we may not be able to control the ever-expanding reach of woke culture, we can certainly take comfort in the fact that our own kids are no longer subject to its insanity. Now, if only someone could do something about the extraterrestrial oppression…
