A rowdy group of migrants attempted to force their way into the United States near El Paso, displaying a blatant disregard for the law and the safety of those defending our border. The migrants, emboldened by the lack of action from the Biden administration, pushed past members of the Texas National Guard and breached razor-wire barriers in their illegal entry attempt.

A video shared by New York Post journalist Jennie Taer captured the chaotic scene as the migrants aggressively confronted the guardsmen. The group’s unruly behavior was likened to a riot as they violently clashed with the Texas National Guard, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for law enforcement and the sovereignty of the United States.
Despite the guardsmen’s efforts to maintain order, the migrants managed to breach the border wire and rushed toward a permanent barrier. The tense standoff highlighted the ongoing crisis at the southern border, with Texas Congressman Wesley Hunt condemning the alarming scenes and attributing them to the failed policies of the Biden administration.
The Biden administration’s resistance to Texas’ border security measures has only exacerbated the situation, as evidenced by the back-and-forth legal battles over the enforcement of the Texas immigration law, SB4. Despite Governor Abbott’s Operation Lone Star successfully apprehending over 41,000 migrants, the administration’s obstruction has hindered the state’s efforts to protect its borders.
As the issue continues to play out in the courts, the relentless influx of migrants remains a pressing concern for border patrol agents. The alarming statistics from the El Paso Sector Border Patrol underscore the urgency of addressing the ongoing crisis, with over 18,000 migrants apprehended in just one month, and a staggering 138,000 apprehensions since the start of the fiscal year.
