In an exclusive interview with The Post, Paxton revealed he is investigating whether the pharmaceutical companies misled the public with gain-of-function research. He added that Americans are facing disastrous consequences in the aftermath of vaccine industry greed and are deserving of intense scrutiny to see if wrongdoings were committed.
Paxton expressed concern that Big Pharma is only out for record profits and questioned their vested interest in vaccines. Given the alarming side effects reported, the attorney general is demanding that Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson hand over documents related to the decision-making behind forced pandemic interventions on the public, and he stressed the importance of investigating the scientific and ethical basis on which public health decisions were made.
This unprecedented move by Texas could mean manufacturers of the Covid-19 vaccines may no longer receive legal immunity, paving the way for class-action lawsuits. Texas authorities will be able to hold pharmaceutical companies accountable for their fraud and manipulation of scientific and ethical data.
This news follows Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’s recent call for a grand jury investigation into “crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the Covid-19 vaccine.” The Biden administration should take this warning very seriously and join Texas in investigating and holding Big Pharma accountable for their actions.
