In what can only be described as a complete and utter meltdown, Democratic California Representative Nancy Pelosi was heckled and booed mercilessly on Monday evening at a conference alongside noted economist and columnist Paul Krugman.

The event, which had been billed as an opportunity to discuss Pelosi’s tenure as the first female Speaker of the House of Representatives, was quickly derailed by a group of angry protesters who accused the former Speaker of being a “war criminal” and a “sad old drunk.”

One particularly vocal protester shouted, “You lied us into a war in Iraq. You got us to invade Afghanistan. Now over 90 percent of those people are impoverished and are dying. Why don’t you tell the truth about Nordstream?” As other protesters joined in, the crowd began booing and jeering, leaving Pelosi visibly shaken.
It’s no surprise that Pelosi is being targeted by the far-left. After all, she has been one of the most vocal supporters of the disastrous policies that have put our country in such dire straits. From her unwavering support of the Green New Deal to her push for socialized medicine, Pelosi has shown time and again that she is willing to sacrifice the lives and livelihoods of millions of Americans for the sake of her own radical agenda.
Despite the vicious attacks she faced at the conference, Pelosi remained resolute, insisting that she will continue to stand up for what she believes in, no matter the cost. While her opponents may be determined to tear her down, Pelosi is a true patriot who will stop at nothing to defend the values and principles that have made America great.
