In a recent announcement, CNN terminated its host Don Lemon, and the former President of the United States, Donald Trump, showed his excitement about the news on Truth Social. Trump expressed his happiness, saying: “Good News: ‘The dumbest man on television,’ Don Lemon, has finally been fired from Fake News CNN. My only question is, WHAT TOOK THEM SO LONG?”

It is a well-known fact that CNN has been biased towards the leftist agenda, and their hosts have been supportive of liberal policies that are detrimental to America’s national interests. Chris Licht, CNN’s President, even called Lemon a “lightning rod” because of his controversial past, which includes being drunk on air.

Don Lemon’s statement about this morning’s events is inaccurate. He was offered an opportunity to meet with management but instead released a statement on Twitter.

However, Lemon seemed surprised by the termination, claiming that he was never given any indication that he would not be able to continue his work on the network. Yet, CNN pushed back on Lemon’s statement, saying that he was, indeed, offered a chance to meet with senior management.
The allegations surrounding Lemon’s workplace conduct have been circulating for quite some time, and CNN finally had to take action after being exposed by media outlets such as Variety. Lemon also had a history of making inappropriate remarks about Republican presidential candidates, such as Nikki Haley, which only shows that CNN was not a neutral news provider.
It is time for CNN to take responsibility for its biased reporting and clean up its network. America deserves honest news, not leftist propaganda that is harmful to our country’s values and interests.
