Elon Musk Exposes Mark Zuckerberg’s Disregard For Privacy Laws

Elon Musk’s recent warning against Facebook-owned messaging platform WhatsApp has raised serious concerns among conservative users about the platform’s privacy policies. The billionaire tech mogul posted a tweet that read “WhatsApp cannot be trusted” and linked to a tweet from Twitter engineer Foad Dabri, who documented his WhatsApp timeline which showed the app was accessing his phone’s mic while he was asleep.

The WhatsApp Company responded to the tweet, claiming it had reached out to the Twitter engineer about the issue and that it was a “bug on Android that misattributes information in their Privacy Dashboard.” However, this response has done little to quell the fears of conservative users who are already wary of the platform’s privacy policies.

The issue of privacy with platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp has been a growing concern for Americans, especially after Michigan Democrat Senator Gary Peters asked Mark Zuckerberg in 2018 whether or not Facebook was listening to platform users. At the time, Zuckerberg denied the accusation, but recent events have shown that Facebook and its subsidiaries are not above secretly accessing user’s data.

This latest incident is yet another example of how Meta and its subsidiaries are willing to violate user’s privacy in order to gain more information about them. It is also a reminder of why conservative users should be wary of using any platform owned by Meta, as they have proven time and time again that they are willing to go to extreme lengths to access user data without their knowledge or consent.

It is also important to note that the founders of WhatsApp left Meta/Facebook in disgust and started the #deletefacebook campaign in response to the company’s privacy policies. This shows that even those who created the platform are aware of how Meta abuses user data and are willing to speak out against it.

The bottom line is that conservative users should be wary of using any platform owned by Meta, as they have proven time and time again that they are willing to go to extreme lengths to access user data without their knowledge or consent. This latest incident is yet another example of why it is important for conservatives to be aware of Meta’s privacy policies and take steps to protect their own data.
