Hunter Biden, the first son of President Joe Biden, is yet again faced with legal issues regarding his child support payments. Lunden Roberts, the mother of his first son, has asked an Arkansas court to imprison Hunter until he provides the necessary legal documents in a paternity case. Hunter’s reluctance to give out the information, according to reports, is part of his efforts to decrease his monthly child support payments.

Roberts’ lawyer wrote a letter to the court stating, “This court should incarcerate the defendant in the Cleburne County Detention Center until he complies with this court’s orders and answers discovery.” This development supports the rumors that Hunter has been living with his family in the White House to evade legal papers. Numerous sightings have confirmed Hunter and his family’s presence on Marine One for weekends away to Delaware or Camp David or longer vacations at the residences of billionaires.
The court had previously confirmed that Hunter is the biological father of Roberts’ daughter. Last year, he went to court to reduce his monthly child support payments, initiating an ongoing legal dispute. Roberts’ legal team now includes Garrett Ziegler, a former advisor to former President Trump. Ziegler was part of the Marco Polo project, which analyzed a laptop said to belong to Hunter and identified over 400 potential crimes committed by Biden.
Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family are under increased scrutiny as part of an investigation by the House Oversight Committee. Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the committee’s chairman, is now investigating at least nine members of the Biden family. The situation further complicates Joe Biden’s reelection bid as the president faces tough questions about his family’s activities.
The severity of the situation demands an immediate resolution. Hunter’s reluctance to comply with the court directives has led to Lunden Roberts’ legal maneuvers in Arkansas. If Hunter is incarcerated, many questions will have to be answered by the Biden family. It reveals a pattern of behavior by the Biden family that compromises Joe Biden’s position as president.
