In a fabulous victory for common sense and state rights, a rockstar federal judge from Texas served up a major setback to Biden’s wacky climate change obsession last week! U.S. District Judge James Wesley Hendrix, a hero appointed by the legendary President Trump, shut down a ridiculous rule pushing states to shrink vehicle emissions on highways. Can you believe it?

The Lone Star State, Texas, took on the Biden brigade by suing the Department of Transportation last year. They argued that the feds had zero authority to jam this emission rule down their throats. The rule, cooked up by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), aimed to make states measure and chop down greenhouse gas spewed out by cars on roads. Texas said “no way” to this Big Brother nonsense, and 21 other states joined in the fight. You go, Texas!
The FHWA defended this nutty rule, claiming it gave states the freedom to set their emission goals. But Judge Hendrix wasn’t buying it. He proclaimed loud and clear that Congress must sign off on any wacky greenhouse gas monitoring schemes the feds dream up. You tell ’em, Judge!
Of course, the Biden folks are in a tizzy over this ruling. They were busy plotting their next move after Judge Hendrix dropped the gavel on their eco-warrior plan. But who’s surprised? These climate alarmists just don’t know when to quit!
On the flip side, Republicans like Reps. Sam Graves and Rick Crawford were all smiles after Judge Hendrix put the brakes on Biden’s emissions quest. They cheered the court for calling out the Biden bunch’s power-hungry overreach. These lawmakers wagged their fingers at the administration, pointing out how they tried to sneak in this emission rule against Congress’s wishes. What a bunch of sneaky snakes!
In the end, it’s a win for states’ rights, a victory for common sense, and a big “Take that!” to the Biden bunch’s out-of-control climate change antics. Let’s hope this ruling puts a cork in their bottle of crazy green schemes once and for all! Stay strong, America!
