In the latest saga of wacky college antics, some Harvard students decided to swap out the American flag for a Palestinian one at an anti-Israel “encampment.” You know, because why not, right? They climbed up University Hall, all sneaky-like, and unfurled their new flag. But hold your horses, folks! The university staff wasn’t having any of those shenanigans, and they swooped in to restore order, like the patriotic heroes they are. Cue the cheers and jeers from the peanut gallery!
Meanwhile, these protesters were having a grand old time chanting for “free Palestine” and spewing out a slogan about rivers and seas. Now, that might sound all poetic and stuff, but some folks out there are calling foul and saying it’s not cool because it could mean bad news for Israel, our trusty ally in the Middle East.
