Oh boy, buckle up folks, because it’s time for another thrilling episode of “Protesters Gone Wild!” This time, our wonderful bunch of pro-Palestinian protesters decided to crash a memorial service for former first lady Rosalynn Carter, just to get in President Biden’s face. Talk about audacity!
As Biden’s motorcade made its way to the service in Atlanta, the crowd of protesters unleashed their not-so-creative chants. “Biden, Biden, you can’t hide. We charge you with genocide!” they screamed, as if their tired accusations against Israel weren’t already laughably baseless. But hey, at least they get an “A” for effort in the originality department.
And what do you know, they also brought along their trusty sign brigade. Their messages included gems like “End all U.S. aid to Israel” and “Ceasefire now! Stop Israel and Biden’s genocide.” Stop Israel and Biden’s genocide? Someone should tell these protesters that genocide requires actual evidence, not just wild accusations thrown around like confetti at a political carnival.

Now, one might think that crashing a memorial service for a former first lady, especially considering former President Jimmy Carter’s support for peace in the region, would be met with widespread condemnation. But, lo and behold, the protest’s organizer insists that their main target was Biden, not Carter. Sure, jan, keep telling yourself that.
Let’s not forget the cherry on top of this outrageous sundae. The optics of this whole spectacle were blasted by critics from all sides. And really, who can blame them? These protesters thought it was perfectly acceptable to hijack a solemn event honoring a beloved public figure just to make some noise about their misguided agenda.
Now, it’s no secret that the media loves to give these “protesters” a platform, but can we all take a moment to question their priorities? Instead of focusing on unity and respect during a time of remembrance, these attention-seeking troublemakers chose to use their time and energy to spread divisive rhetoric and promote their delusional views.
So, congratulations to the pro-Palestinian protesters for proving once again that they have no class, no sense of decency, and no understanding of the concept of appropriate timing. Maybe someday they’ll learn that crashing memorials is not the path to winning hearts and minds. But until then, I’m sure we can look forward to more cringe-worthy stunts from these self-proclaimed “activists.”
